Brandan and Amber Fokken are two of the biggest fitness models in the industry today. You will see them featured in almost every fitness magazine in the country. Recently, they were featured on the cover of Iron Man magazine. If that wasn’t enough, they also have a huge social media following. While all of this could go straight to their heads, they are two of the most kind, thoughtful, supportive people and I’m so blessed to call them my friends.
